awareness and grow the brand’s UK customer base during lockdown.
With an immediate need to increase their share of the UK market, OFX – the money transfer experts – required a creative campaign that would get results, fast.
With FKC’s experience of achieving more with less and delivering maximum return on investment, OFX turned to us to help them launch with a big impact. Working collaboratively with the client, we explored various insights to develop purpose driven creative. And by using our agile approach to work smarter, we were able to get the most out of their budget and deliver real value for the client, the brand and their consumers.
We filmed real staff to highlight the unique one-to-one service OFX offer their customers – the OFXperts. The creative idea also helped to increase brand awareness by incorporating a light hearted repetition of the brand name – helping to cement OFX in the memory of the audience.
The creative process required extensive liaison with their head offices in Sydney and San Francisco, finally being filmed with a minimal crew at OFX’s London offices using all necessary PPE and hygiene precautions.
