Developing a creative look and feel for retail calendar events can be a challenge; keeping it fresh and on trend was particularly relevant for this Superdrug Halloween brief.

With a focus on beauty products, key character / avatar looks were created for the consumer to create using Superdrug products.

Providing inspiration through an overarching campaign theme at this important trading time.


The Superverse brought to life the on-trend world of The Metaverse – the immersive buzz world of virtual reality. To achieve this the ‘metaverse world’ creative was layered with colours and ghostly imagery to help the look ‘pop’.

The campaign also had a strong tactical element that included the products used to create the ‘looks’, price value driven messaging and a link via a QR code to ‘get the look’ videos. The campaign was brought to life through in-store POS, social and digital video.
